Accountabilities: DAMAC Properties Jobs
- Control database churn based on past yield trends
- Determine penetration patterns and establish treatment plans for databases.
- Prescriptive reports in flash from a variety of platforms, including databases, CRMs, and dialers
- Agent disposition statistics and other important information are included in flash dialer reports.
Required Skill Set:
- High Contact with Outbound Telesales Companies: Genesys, Aspect, Avaya, etc.
- strong knowledge of outbound telesales platforms’ database churn management
- Exposure to dialing strategies that are Timed Preview, Progressive, Auto, and Preview.
- Knowledge of dialing techniques and their benefits and drawbacks
- Possessing knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous.
- strong proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python and R Studio will be beneficial.
- Having experience with database scoring will be beneficial.
