1: Human Resources Coordinator – Apply Here
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain our HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries, questions and concerns.
- Provide information, guidance and direction on HR policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers.
- Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees’ transition into SpaceX.
- Ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests.
- Assist with the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes.

- Provide support to the HR team and deliver core HR services to the workforce.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

2: Human Resources Manager – Apply Here
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall HR support and maintaining insight for all HR activities for multiple groups or areas, across multiple SpaceX locations
- Develop defined strategies that support the larger goals of the HR organization within assigned client group and inform work priorities
- Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives
- Create opportunities to proactively support and integrate with clients
- Counsel and provide assistance to employees and managers, guided by the company’s policies and relevant laws/regulations
- Handle sensitive issues and communications
- Synthesize data trends across groups to develop/test hypotheses, strategies and recommendations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install or repair a variety of electrical equipment such as: motor control centers, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment
- Preventive maintenance on panels, computer/server rooms, and all other aspects of electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Read and implement schematics and blueprints working with other on-site facilities personnel
- Install and program automation devices
- Install connectors, connector pins, terminals, and lugs

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual benefits open enrollment
- Assist, advise, and counsel employees on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions)

5: Industrial Gases Technician – Apply Here

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ground system technician support, which involves installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial tank farm equipment such as pumps, tanks, valves and plumbing related to the high pressure and low-pressure helium, nitrogen, and argon gas/liquid ground infrastructure, and other aspects of the site facilities
- Understand and supply industrial packaged gases to production and test consumers, be knowledgeable about pressurized components and provide end-users insight on how to properly and safely operate pressurized test systems
- Operate and maintain large, complicated facility gas hardware, high-pressure systems and pumps, and other ancillary pressure equipment including pneumatic systems ranging from vacuum to 20,000psi MEOP
- Collaborate with design/build engineers to understand systems, help influence and execute preventative maintenance plan, and ensure system changes are approved and documented
- Make repairs and additions to pre-existing piping infrastructure, troubleshoot and fix faulty regulators, valves, gauges, and throughout campus
- Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits or certifications as required
- Follow all necessary regulations and appropriate SpaceX procedures including quality policies, safety policies, OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME, NEC, etc. standards
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of experience working in a high-functioning manufacturing, logistics, or power and gas role
