1: Director – Liabilities Banking

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7 years experience within the banking industry and should have intensive banking knowledge, leadership skills, and proven financial performance records.
Language Skills:
- Strong in both oral and written: English and Arabic.
2: Manager Corporate Governance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and regulation pertaining to the corporate governance of the bank
- Working with the bank’s Governance team and support the effective operation of the bank’s Board of Directors and committees
- Manage communications with Board and Committee members as required
- Working with the Senior Management, Committee Chairs and Governance team to prepare agendas and steering briefs for meetings as required
- Ensure required papers and reports are prepared for meetings in good time, and to a high quality
- Oversee the follow-up of actions agreed during meetings
- Manage the preparation and publication of the Annual Corporate Governance Statement, Reports and Accounts, and other annual reports as required. This also include monitoring and disclosure of Third Party transactions.
- Provide advice on other aspects of governance.
- Monitoring compliance to the regulations and reporting breaches.
- Regular review and maintenance of the Corporate Governance policy.
- Manage the senior stakeholder interface and interact directly with key stakeholders on all aspects of corporate governance matters.
- Contribute to the development of staff in the team
- Contribute to the development of CG&S strategy and governance initiatives.
- Skilled communicator with a track record of ensuring alignment and common purpose.

- Exhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures/sectors and display agility and diversity.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and consistently produces a high standard and volume of work within agreed timescales.
