Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily department activities to achieve established goals.
- Maintain department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines.
- Prepare meeting agenda, schedule department meetings, and distribute minutes.

- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Assist team in scheduling conference calls and making travel arrangements.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the industry

2: Acquisition Executive – MBC Group
Job Description; MBC Group Careers
- Entering all contracts into CMS
- Coordinating reviews and approvals for all contracts in CMS (Budget holders, Finance, Legal)
- Sharing all contract drafts with suppliers
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Digital, etc) on the review and approval of contracts in CMS
- Liaise with distributors during agreement processing (i.e request documents such as Trade Licenses, provide updates, and share internal feedback)
- Coordinating signature of all contracts internally and externally
- Sharing final contracts internally and externally
- Requesting, receiving, and logging all invoices
- Following up on all payments
- Liaise with internal departments (production, marketing, rights management, shahid), etc for any needs they may have for formats
- Liaise with format owners to seek the required approvals as per the agreement
- Maintain overall inventory of agreements and update regularly
- Liaise with distributors on the execution of contracts
- Follow up with Finance on payment queries and update Distributors when necessary
- Coordinate credit notes/replacements with Distributors/Channels
- Assist with research where necessary to assist the Director of Acquisitions/Acquisitions Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication
- 2 years experience in a similar role

3: Graphic Designer – MBC Group
Key responsibilities and accountability
- Translate various editorial stories into well-informative animated designs for the benefit of the audience.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include Infographics, slideshow, programming collateral, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
- Graphic Design / Motion Graphic / or relevant degree.
- 2 years of professional experience in the media design field.
- An experienced Adobe Creative Suite User both in photo-editing and Motion design.
- Vizrt software knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of industry-leading 3D software such as 3DS Max or Cinema 4D is a plus.
- The Arabic language is a plus.
- Compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates quality artwork and ideas across a variety of projects.
