Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications is required.

Requirements
- B. Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role
- 5 to 7 years of techno-functional professional experience working various modules of Yardi Voyager like Commercial, Retail, Residential, Voyager Plus – CML, and ETL modules of Yardi but not limited.
- Technical experience with Yardi databases and backend Voyager Schema
- Proficiency in writing Scripted, YSR, SSRS reports, complex SQLs, and system configuration – workflows, notifications, etc.
- Should have knowledge of integrating Yardi Voyager with other solutions like – Oracle, Salesforce, MSBI, etc
- Should have conducted User training, UAT, and data migration.
- Understanding of the real estate industry and accounting terms and concepts.
- Work with your team and key stakeholders on system upgrades and implementation of new functionality, in line with the strategic use of Yardi Voyager platforms
- Prepare gap analysis between local solutions and Yardi Voyager
- Provide solutions to identified issues

3: Assistant Communications and PR Manager – Dubai Holding Group Jobs
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the implementation of compliance with the applicable corporate governance framework across the portfolio.
- Assist with updating, maintaining, and reviewing policies and procedures.
- Review governance documents across the portfolio.
- Manage the risk reporting process in relation to the portfolio.
- Assist with ensuring adequate record and documentation control processes are in place with a system for tracking and updating documents relating to the portfolio.
- Assist in commercial structuring and review of documentation in coordination with other departments (including the legal department) for any related matters related to the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned in relation to the above aspects of the role.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- At least 7 years of experience as a lawyer / para-legal within a law firm or as a governance/compliance officer with an investment group.
Education / Professional Certifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in law.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, preferably in law.
