Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as a focal point between the hospital departments and the clients.

Job Description; Al Seef Hospital Careers
- Admits patients by receiving bookings from physicians; interviewing patients; entering patient information into the admissions database; obtaining signatures on legal consents and insurance forms; distributing patient information literature.
- Provides patients with information by explaining hospital admission policies, time of admission, and room selection; answering inquiries.
- Verifies patient identity; prepares and places identification band on the patient. Ensures the patient’s arrival to a hospital room or testing area by assigning patient beds; notifying the nursing unit of the patient’s arrival; calling a volunteer to transport the patient to the assigned area.
- Maintaining patient records, which includes detailing patient treatments and diagnoses as well as updating payment and medical insurance information.
