Responsibilities:
- Project and plan the overall tax obligation in accordance with the business plan
- Calculate Tax liabilities through the informed application of tax laws and regulations
- Carry out processes as per the defined Standard Procedures
- Prepare tax calculations, estimates, and reports accruals and purpose
- Liaise with the tax department, revert to queries and manage any litigations related to indirect tax
- Review current and deferred tax provisions while keeping abreast with all regulatory changes
- Provide support on internal tax advisory services and business operation matters to the organization
- Facilitate tax audits, scrutinize all transactions and own the reporting dashboards for management teams and collate monthly tax reports for Direct and indirect Tax.

- Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in Tax or related role, preferably in a: Diverse/multicultural business industry (obtained from medium to large organizations)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Professional Finance certification (ACCA/CMA or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of CIT / WHT and indirect tax would be a plus
- Experience in KSA and Oman tax laws and regulations would be an advantage
- Experience in general contracting and heavy equipment trading would be a plus

3:Workshop Manager (Heavy Machinery)– Apply Here
Responsibilities: Al Marwan Group Holding
- Responsible for receivables collection, and managing the payables.
- Advise on and supervise invoicing.
- In charge of monitoring company assets and projects, continuously generating income and expense reports for the same, and advising on decisions accordingly.
- Preparing and executing all payroll-related matters.
- Manage all tax-related portals and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly financial reports (P&L, TAX, Balance Sheets, CF).
- Manage and handle all banking matters and payments.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of all banking relations, facilities, products, and solutions.
- Manage banking facilities and financial instruments, inward and outward (including ODs, LCs, LGs, and others).
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and quarterly stock take.
- Report and work closely with the head office on reporting and compliance with corporate targets and policies.

- A minimum of 10 years experience in Finance and Accounts (at least 5 years in KSA).
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.

- Solid knowledge of all KSA Tax, Pension, and other finance & accounts-related regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years of finance & accounting experience in the Infrastructure Contracting and/or Heavy Equipment industry (both are a plus).
