ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving patients and assisting them in opening their files for treatment.
- Assisting dental students and interns in managing their patients’ files.
- Answering phone calls.
- Assuring the well archiving of patients’ files.
- Preparing annual reports with the required statistics related to the patients who attended the clinics.
- Checking stock of equipment and informing management of shortages.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screens incoming mail and telephone calls; uses discretion to respond on own initiative, redirects to subordinates as appropriate.
- Performs typing and transcription duties as required.
- Assists as required by other staff members in the accomplishment of objectives, conference organization, event planning, and assigned duties.
- Helps in the daily and smooth running of the office/department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide general information; greet and direct visitors; answer routine inquiries; maintain log of inquiries as required.
- Open and route incoming mail; distribute correspondence and other material to department staff/faculty.
