1: Sales Executive
PURPOSE:
To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
To personally contact and secure new business accounts/ domestic customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Getting new customers in the assigned area by door-to-door calls (B2C).
- Securing orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Keeping the supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
- Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Informing the Supervisor/Manager on customer needs, interests, and problems along with the solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date information about competitors’ activities and inform line supervisor/manager.
- Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Meeting sales targets and collection.
- Working with the Van sales team in the potential area to get new customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree/High School.
- Practical field experience of 1 year in the UAE in HOD (5-gallon) sales.
- Proven ability in handling Customer queries and solving Customer requests.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- English communication skills and other languages preferred.
